Foo'ball

I'm sitting on Jon's couch with him as we (he) is watching the Alabama/Clemson game. I on the other hand, just finished designing a quaint baby shower invitation for a couple at church..but I think it's funny to sit here and listen to him go crazy over this game. I do have to try to appreciate how the complexity of the game is enjoyable, and honestly I have become a bit more interested in watching football. I like to point out the non-game related topics to help further my interest in parts that are still uninteresting to me, like discussing preference for creepy mascots versus dopey mascots. I also enjoy analyzing the gymnastic physics of the footballers collision-flipping.

When I get more bored, I distract Jonathan by chatting to him while the game is going on:

Me: do do do.. oh! hey i didn't see you there.. what the heck is goin' oun, homie?
Jon: watch yo'sef, I tryin' to watch muh foo'ball up in heahs!
